Common questions
How do I play?
Tap a junction to switch its light. Get the target number of cars through without a deadlock:
a loop of cars all waiting on each other. Keep the yellow boxes clear so nobody gets stuck in
the middle of a junction. The game's How to play screen explains everything,
with pictures.
What's free, and what's in the full game?
Levels 1 to 7 and City Builder level 1 are free. One purchase, Full Game,
unlocks levels 8 to 20, the bonus levels and City Builder levels 2 to 6. No ads and no
subscription.
I bought the full game but it's locked on my new device.
Open Options and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same
Apple Account you bought it with. Family Sharing members can restore it too.
Will I lose my levels and stars?
No. Your progress is saved on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud, so it
follows you to a new iPhone or iPad and comes back if you reinstall the game. Updates never
reset it.
There's no sound.
The game follows the ring/silent switch, so check it isn't on silent. Sound effects and music
each have a switch and a volume in Options. If another app is already playing
music, the game's music stays quiet so it doesn't play over it.
Can I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
